Shipping policy
We take great care to pack every parcel to ensure it reaches you safely, wherever you are in the world. All orders are dispatched from our Glasgow warehouse, operating Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
Below is a helpful guide to our delivery options, costs, and estimated timeframes for customers worldwide. While we always aim to deliver within these timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or busy periods.
Orders placed before 1:00 pm on a working day (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Please note that delivery charges do not include any duties or taxes for orders outside the UK. The destination country sets any additional fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a shipment is refused due to customs duties, foreign fees, or tariffs, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Additionally, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
When placing your order, please provide a valid residential or business address, email address and phone number. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

Orders placed online are usually available for collection within 2 hours during our business hours. Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a confirmation email or notification that it is ready for collection.
Please wait for the collection confirmation before visiting the warehouse. When collecting your order, please bring your order confirmation and a valid form of identification.
